What Is Mindfulness?
It's to know what you're doing, while you're doing it. It's about cultivating presence with compassion and without judgement. In other words it's about PAYING ATTENTION, noticing what arises and not letting reaction take over. It's about returning to your true self over and over again. It will not eliminate life's pressures, but it can help us respond to them in a calmer manner that benefits our heart, head, and body.
